"Biofeedback Development"

Interesting stuff, this biofeedback. Unfortunatly, it hasn't even come close to reaching anything close to a quarter of it's potential. I firmly believe that Linux would be the vehicle for the technology achieving anything close to it's potential. However, there are no current EEG applications for Linux. Solution: Write open source devices. Anyone feel like assisting?

There are EEG applications for Brainmaster EEG device Linux, and it is open source code. Brainmaster device is also open code EEG hardware. You may want to check out www.brainmaster.com and BrainMaster Software Development eGroup at http://yahoogroups.com/group/brain-master.

Vlad

Why do you need to write open source drivers or other software?
It is possible to port software across platforms, particularly
if it is a portable language like pascal, c or c++ if it runs
on DOS, UNIX, Windows or a Mainframe, it can still be ported to
LINUX!!

However, non-portable languages like VisualBasic are more difficult, since VB runs only on MS-platforms, but Microsoft has
promised to support LINUX??

To ease the software development of biofeedback applications.

Well, 90% users in the World use Windows as the main OS. That's why the drivers we wrote are for Windows.

It is fun to play with Linux, however personally I do not think it has any future.

VT
